Throughout his 20-year Human Resources (HR) career, Matt has supported a variety of industries and professions, including multi-site retail stores and distribution centers, manufacturing plants, headquarters teams, and sales and engineering professionals. Matt enjoys HR because of the variety of work, including the ability to shape organizations through talent acquisition and development, collaborating with leadership on significant business decisions, and the opportunity to build great company cultures. No matter how big or small the challenges are, Matt likes to find a way to get things done and make a difference.
Matt oversees HR operations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and training and development at KFI. He and his team support the entire firm, focusing on creating a great employee experience, well-run HR systems and processes, and finding talent to help the business grow.
Outside of work, Matt’s life is filled with family and adventure. He shares his love for travel and the outdoors with his wife and two boys. His personal interests include exploring new places internationally, reading, running, and playing golf.
