Chrissy has spent the majority of her career focused on the A/E/C industry. Prior to KFI, she spent nine years at a planning and design firm where she oversaw the proposal process and other marketing needs including the creation and maintenance of project descriptions, resumes and the external newsletter. When she saw the job description for KFI, she knew it was an ideal fit. They were looking for a true marketer vs. someone to simply generate proposals. It was a role that embodied everything she was striving to do in the marketing arena – developing and executing marketing plans to achieve measurable results.

Chrissy thrives on variety and the challenges that come with the day-to-day. She loves the ability to one day be focused on marketing initiatives, and the next, be out talking to clients at customer events, or tradeshows and conferences. The most effective input as a marketer comes from clients sharing their pain points and ultimate vision. A strategy-driven thinker, Chrissy enjoys connecting the dots across departments and ensuring everyone is on the same page. She’s passionate and driven, always looking ahead to the next thing her department is going to do to help benefit the firm.

Chrissy recently became an Emotional Intelligence Certified Trainer through TalentSmartEQ. She is also an active member of the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) and is an SMPS-Twin Cities Past President.

In her off-time, she loves to travel, and spend time outside. Her favorite travel escapes are wine country and anywhere with a beach. She also enjoys spending ample time with friends and family – attending dinners, concerts, and parties.
