Growing up watching This Old House and reading about hi-fi equipment spurred Joe’s interest in construction, architecture, and engineering; this made the field of engineering a perfect fit for him.

Before joining KFI Engineers, Joe worked at an MEP consulting firm and an AE firm. Smaller and larger than KFI, respectively, he was looking for a happy medium. The size of KFI and depth of project work matched perfectly with his project and leadership capabilities. Joe was drawn to the complexity of KFI’s projects as well as its national presence.

Joe has a lot of experience in commercial building electrical infrastructure, project management, and team management. He is a strong believer in empathetic and selfless leadership principles. His role as a leader is to create processes, define roles and expectations, and encourage open communications that bring out the best in all team members.

Having a company that’s headquartered near his home and family is important. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family. He believes there are two sports seasons in a year: golf and skiing (mostly Nordic, but some alpine).

I love connecting clients with solutions that align with their budgets and expectations
